What I Wore - Errand runs and meetings

As I've started packing, most of my clothes are safely in suitcases - but where I can't reach them!! So this is an outfit that I managed to throw together with the basics that hadn't been packed (I always leave a few basic items out.. I just think it's good sense!!)

Shoes: Major bargain here! Picked these babies up from Kmart for $3.50, they were the last pair left and just happened to be in my size. Lucky!! They are Candy brand, but I still love them!

Tights: I have a severe stocking fetish. I bought a small IKEA chest of drawers (3) a couple of years ago, and it's sole purpose is to house my stockings and a couple of costume accessories. Anyway, these ones were purchased from Big W for around $20.

Skirt: I have had this skirt for a few years now, back from my old accounting days - it is an Ellen Tracy skirt, and I always feel incredibly sexy in it.

Top: I have just thrown on a back singlet from ICE, and another old item of clothing, my red trusty red sweater!

Jewellery: my usual everyday set (Proud's watch, wedding bands, black&silver flower ring) along with a glass treble cleff pendant that my mother gave me for my 22nd birthday.

Makeup: Something I toss and turn over with every interview, sometimes I think it's best to keep it simple, sometimes I think it's best to go the full hog. Today I decided on simple, as it is quite a hot day and would be easier upkeep. I wore Australis mineral foundation in Nude, Australis pressed powder in Natural, Rimmel Stormy Grey soft kohl pencil, Rimmel eyebrow pencil, Inglot waterproof black mascara, and Australis mineral lipstick in Jive.

Sorry for any photos that turn out a bit out of focus, I didn't double check photos before uploading :(

With lots of love,
Lady Lucy
